Should be decided today. Basically both of these companies would go completely broke unless they merge. This has gotten the National Association of Broadcasters panties in a bunch, as you can see by their uncreative and completely misleading ad above.

Because who would actually need to listen to Programmed Radio when you have this and this . Less listeners, equals less ad revenue, which means corporate assholes that have been ruining radio for years will have to go somewhere else to cake up.

According to them a decision by the Justice Department should be made by the end of the day on Wall Street today.
