BOUNDLESS STREET TEAM

662

The Street Team Represents. We asked for pictures of our reps in action and we got them. So many of them in fact, I still haven’t been able to look through them all.

This is one of our reps who was the first to send in pictures. He really went all out.

If you have pictures of yourself reppin’ Boundless, send them to our Street Team Leader at The Team @ Boundless NY . Com

The Street Team section of the Boundless Site will be live sometime next week. It will allow you to create your own account, earn gear for reppin’ Boundless and allow you to interact with our other street team reps.

LIVE ON THE WORLD WIDE WEBS

659

The King Stampede website is now under development, and you should see a temporary page live in the next week or so.

Until then let me clear up a little URL confusion.

Pete Leonard, the Creative Director behind KS had been posting on his Stampede Radio Blog for the past few months. Giving you some inside info about your favorite brand, King Stampede.

His blog was relocated yesterday and now has a new and final home on the world wide web. Bookmarkers take note. Stampede Radio is now Stampede Life. The only place you can go to get all your King Stampede vibes.

And Stampede Radio is now a permanent place to find all of the past Stampede Radio Shows. From last nights air wave debauchery, to the very first show. Now you can Download, Stream and see playlists from your favorite crew, all in one place.

RE-CAP:

For those who were tardy at the beginning of this lesson.

Stampede Radio is now a place for you to download the actual Stampede Radio Shows we do weekly on EVR.

And

Stampede Life is now the home to Pete Leonard’s most inner thoughts and your ticket into the subconscious of King Stampede.

PHOTOGRAPHER TO CHECK

652

Bob Gruen is still showing his amazing body of work at the Morrison Hotel Gallery on the Bowery . He is truly an inspiration, not only capturing the people on film, but living the lifestyle as well. Don’t miss out on seeing this exhibit. The info below is from the Press Release.

‘Rockers’ was originally presented in 2007 at the FAAP University Museum in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where it drew over 40,000 visitors. The Morrison has commissioned acclaimed architect Tito Ficarelli, who designed the ‘Rockers’ exhibit in Brazil, to transform the new 313 Bowery space as well.

Bob Gruen’s work has shaped the iconography of rock & roll. A native New Yorker, he served as John Lennon and Yoko Ono’s personal photographer in the 1970s, a position that would yield two of his best known, and best loved, images of John Lennon wearing a New York City t-shirt and flashing a peace sign while standing in front of the Statue of Liberty. During that time Gruen was also chief photographer for Rock Scene Magazine, where he specialized in candid, behind the scenes photo features. He toured extensively with emerging punk and new wave bands including The New York Dolls, Sex Pistols, The Clash, Ramones, Patti Smith Group and Blondie, while also photographing the biggest artists of the era, including Led Zeppelin, The Who, David Bowie, KISS, Elton John and Alice Cooper. Gruen still carries a camera wherever he goes, and continues to add to a body of work that spans over forty years.

BOUNDLESS & KING STAMPEDE ROOFTOP BBQ

We held a sick BBQ on the rooftop of Studio B. Juju and Large Pro with the vibes.

455

The masses packed the bar and the line for the free bbq was a free-for-all.

STEVE NASH : 13TH WITNESS

June 26th Steve Nash and his entourage of NBA and International Football stars played in the Showdown in Chinatown for charity at Nike Field. Aka Sarah D. Roosevelt Park, Chrystie Street (between Rivington and Stanton)..

Stars like Barcelona forward Thierry Henry, Red Bulls midfielder Claudio Reyna, former Liverpool star Robbie Fowler, and NBA players Baron Davis, Jason Kidd, Raja Bell, and Leandro Barbosa, showed up to a deep crowd in Chinatown.

The NBA stars were no match for the International Football stars, and lost the hour long match 9 to 4.

I have been against posting videos lately. But this a piece of art. Placing together a zillion pictures, showing you the before, during and after of a great charity event.

Check the end for the KS Fitted that keeps making the rounds.
