Everyone knows that prostitutes and drug dealers hang out on the Upper East Side. A Community where doormen, landmarked buildings and the wealthy reside and hardly any graffiti can be found.

The NYPD is one of my main Quality of Life Complaints. Who protects us from them? I’ll give you 500$ if you can answer that question.

I’ve been hooked on Caracas since the Summer of 2005. And now its only a few blocks away on Grand Street. Between LAS and Caracas I’m don’t need anything else but MacDu till 2011.
