It looks like the Knicks are playing with a renewed energy these days. And even though its the beginning of the season, they are two games over .500 for the first time since they were 16-14 on Jan. 1, 2005.

I couldn’t agree more with the moves that new coach D’Antoni has made. Get rid of the old baggage, and start fresh with new people that want to play a team game.

Out with the old and in with the new. Its something that needed to happen and hopefully the Knicks can keep up this intensity for the rest of the long season.

But I’m not going to hold my breath about it…
