Why did my purchase show up as Vinyl Connect on my card?
Any order that you place on BoundlessNY.com with your card will show up on your account as a charge from: Vinyl Connect, INC. Vinyl Connect is Boundless NY. Breathe Easy.
What happens after I place my order?
- The confirmation page you are directed to shows your receipt.
- We email you a copy of the receipt to the email address you gave us during checkout. Check your inbox for an email from: orders@boundlessny.com. This email includes a link back to the shopping cart, so you can always see the status of your order.
- Your order is sent to our Shipping Department for processing. This normally takes 1 business day.
- During processing we verify your credit/debit card payment and pack your items. If all the info you provided us is correct, your order leaves our store in Brooklyn, NY.
- Check your email. UPS sends out a tracking number to the email address you gave us in the checkout process. This way you can keep tabs on your purchase after it leaves here.
- International Orders are shipped USPS. Global Express is the only option that provides a tracking number. We will email it to you as soon as we send it off.
- You receive your order and tell all your friends you got it on BoundlessNY.com.
Can I change my order?
If you need to change your order contact: Teddy King at orders@boundlessny.com. Your order number, last name, and specific changes that you want to be made. Please make sure the subject line reads 'Change Order'
Do you have everything I am ordering in stock?
In general - yes. When we are sold out of an item, we immediately sell out the item on the page. In some cases of high order volume, an item may sellout before we have time to update the page. We will refund your card for any items not available.
What happens if my card is declined?
If your card is declined the page should immediately tell you. If you feel that this is an error and you actually have money on the card, please call us at 718-821-9690.
Why is my exact billing address and phone number necessary?
This helps us to protect you from credit card fraud. Before any order is shipped out we match your exact billing address and phone number to the one that your credit card company keeps on file. If this information does not match then you get a call from us. We just need to know it’s you, the cardholder, who has placed the order, and not a fake with your credit card info.
