Orders take 1 business day (M-F) to process before they are shipped from the Boundless Store in Brooklyn, NY.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs depend on the weight of what you order. The weight of your order will be displayed on your order form in the shopping cart. You can also refer to the following chart to calculate an approximate weight of your package:

One T-Shirt = .50 lbs.

New Era Fitted = .50 lbs.

Sweatshirt = 2.5 lbs.

Denim = 2.5 lbs.

Shoes = 2.5 lbs.

You can find out how much the shipping will be simply by checking in the shopping cart and looking at your total.

Delivery Time

Domestic

All domestic orders are shipped UPS, and it depends on where you live and what service you choose.

UPS Ground will normally take 2-5 business days.

UPS 3-Day Select takes 3 business days.

UPS 2nd Day shipping normally takes 2-3 business days.

UPS Overnight will arrive the next business day.

International

All International orders are shipped by United States Postal Service, and it depends on where you live and what service you choose.

Air shipments take between 1-2 weeks.

Global Express takes between 5 – 7 business days.

Please note once a shipment leaves the United States the delivery depends largely on the destination country's postal service.

Shipments outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer upon receipt of the goods. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes. We make every effort on our end to make these duties, taxes and fees as low as possible.

Return Policy

Boundless NY understands that exchanges may happen. Returns will be accepted for exchange or store credit only. In order to exchange an order you must contact us first.

Domestic Orders may only be exchanged within 14 days of ship date.

International Orders may only be exchanged within 30 days of ship date.

  • Exchanged items must be in ORIGINAL condition (with tags/unworn/unwashed).
  • YOU MUST HAVE AUTHORIZATION FROM BOUNDLESS NY AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.
  • Sale items excluded. All sales on sale items are final.
